In business or in life, there will be times where we are limited in the resources we have at our disposal. And although few of us like having those limitations, the reality is that often limitations can force us to be more resourceful than we would have been otherwise.

Just like the body is forced to adapt if it loses one of its five senses, relying more on those it still has, limitations in our lives can force us to adapt. But thankfully, this forced adaptation can often help us develop skills and learn lessons that we may have otherwise missed—skills and lessons that can be valuable not only when resources are scarce, but also in subsequent times when there is a surplus.
