You know it needs to be done. You know you’d like to at some point. Well, why not today? Why not now?

Of course, there are plenty of reasons not to. There are other things that “need” to be done. But eventually, there will come a time to act: to stop planning, to stop waiting, and to start.

There may be legitimate reasons to hold off. There may be real deliberation to be had on whether this is the direction we should go. But how often do these become excuses to put things off we know we need to do? And all because we’re never quite “ready” to get started.
